Terms of Service

By using this site, BoomBigNose Learn, or our community, you agree to these reasonable terms. We're a small studio — be respectful, follow the law, and you're set.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using boombignose.org, BoomBigNose Learn, the BoomBigNose+ community on Skool, or any other service we operate (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Our services

BoomBigNose currently operates the following:

  • The marketing & education website at boombignose.org — free to browse.
  • BoomBigNose Learn — an AI learning tracker platform with a free tier today and a planned Pro tier (฿199/month).
  • Tutorial content, YouTube videos, and blog dispatches — free to read and watch.
  • BoomBigNose+ on Skool — a paid community hosted on the third-party platform Skool, governed by its own terms at skool.com.

We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. Material changes are communicated in advance where reasonable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your account

If you create an account on BoomBigNose Learn, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Maintain only one personal account per user.
  • Notify us promptly at contact@boombignose.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. You can sign in via Google OAuth, LINE OAuth, or email + password.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Conduct illegal activity, harass others, or post hate speech.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond what robots.txt permits.
  • Probe for security vulnerabilities without explicit written permission from us.
  • Upload malware, send spam, or post content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
  • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or falsely claim affiliation.
  • Use AI agents accessed through our platform to attack, abuse, or overload third-party systems.

We may remove content or suspend access that violates this section.

6. Your content

If you submit notes, goals, learning logs, or other personal data into BoomBigNose Learn, you keep ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it back to you so the Service can function. We will not publicly publish your private data.

Where you intentionally share content publicly (for example, in a community surface), you grant us a license to display that public submission as part of the relevant feature.

7. Fees and payment

Most of the Service is free today. Paid surfaces — including the planned BoomBigNose Learn Pro tier (฿199/month) — are processed via Stripe (or an equivalent processor). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

We offer a refund of any subscription within 7 days of the first charge if the Service has been substantially unused. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

The BoomBigNose brand, logo, course content, video, written tutorials, design system, and source code are the property of Vittawat Sootawee / BoomBigNose unless otherwise noted. You may share short excerpts (a paragraph or a short clip) with clear attribution and a link back; wholesale republishing of articles, videos, or templates is not permitted.

Workflow templates inside BoomBigNose+ on Skool are licensed under the terms communicated inside the community — typically commercial-use-allowed for personal client work, no-resale.

9. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers including YouTube, Skool, Stripe (future), Supabase, Google, and LINE. Each has its own terms and privacy policies; by using the Service you agree to also comply with those terms when you use their products through us.

10. AI-generated content

Some tutorials and blog dispatches are produced with AI assistance (we disclose where it's relevant). AI output is reviewed by Vittawat before publication. We make no guarantee that AI-assisted content is accurate or production-ready — always verify before applying it to systems that matter.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Code samples and workflow templates are educational; you assume responsibility for production usage.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, BoomBigNose's total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) THB 3,000 or (b) the fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoomBigNose and Vittawat Sootawee from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) content you submit through the Service.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a reasonable chance to cure where applicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require a different forum.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email and/or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
